Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vetri Murano Art Glass. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
